d.k Steak House is Hawaii Regional steak house featuring in house dry aged steaks. We also feature different cuts of steaks sourced from our Hawaii ranchers as well as other local beef farmers. d.k Steak House is the only restaurant in Hawaii that dry ages their steaks in house. A lobo and time intensive process, true dry aging takes between 14-30 days, but the results are all worth the time and effort. The results is a delicious, aged steaks with more concentrated favor and character. To match spectacular steaks, the wine list at d.k Steak House offers guests an opportunity to enjoy an incredible selection of wines from around the globe selected by Master Sommelier, Chuck Furuya.
