Every cup of coffee we serve, whether brewed or from our espresso machine, is made to order. We use the freshest, single-origin and blended world coffees; hand-selected and roasted by Stumptown Coffee Roasters and Sightglass Coffee. We also feature the best in local coffees; hand selected and roasted in-house.
Good coffee deserves good food. Ours is simply prepared from the best local and seasonal ingredients: Kulana beef, Shinsato Farms pork, local eggs, and fresh vegetables simply prepared from scratch. Most everything is made in-house; from our pastries to the syrups used for espresso drinks and home-made sodas to our ice cream. Specials are available every day.
