Opened in 2012, 53 By The Sea is a fine-dining restaurant located in Kaka’ako (Honolulu), with breathtaking views of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head.  The menu is a culinary reflection of Chef Hikaru Ide's artistry of Hawaii Regional Cuisine, as he combines fresh local ingredients with succulent seafoods and the finest hand-cut meats.  In addition, guests can enjoy the Hilton fireworks on Friday nights, the fresh ocean breeze with lanai-seating for daily Happy Hour, and the melodic sounds of the rare Italian-made Fazioli piano (live music Thursday-Saturday) at the bar lounge, which also features a highly curated wine and spirits selection. 53 By The Sea is truly a celebration for all of the senses.
