French bistro meets Latin Social Club at Grondin: French-Latin Kitchen. Located in Honolulu's Historic Chinatown District, Grondin serves upscale cuisine inspired by rustic French and Latin American dishes.

All of our ingredients are carefully sourced and local when possible. Favorites amongst the regulars and Press include: the house Charcuterie, Ceviches, Bone Marrow, Cubano, Chicken Sofrito sandwich, Steak Frites, Chuleta, and the Cassoulet, just to name a few, plus special daily tarts & desserts. To pair with such a unique blend of cuisines, Grondin has put together a list of handpicked and reasonably priced wine, craft beers, and classically made cocktails using fresh ingredients. Grondin is known for its casual bistro atmosphere and excellent service.

Prior to their two-year anniversary, Grondin has already received accolades from the Hale 'Aina Awards for Best New Restaurant 2015, Best Business Lunch 2016, and Rave Review 'Ilima Awards for 2015 & 2016.

The restaurant seats 40 in the dining room, 10 guests at the bar, and an additional 20 seats in the garden--weather permitting. The garden, located in the courtyard of the Medonca building includes a tropical garden and koi pond--a one-of-a-kind venue for a more intimate group. Reservations are recommended but not required. Grondin is available to host special events, private parties, and corporate lunch deliveries.
