For 40 years, Hy’s Steakhouse has been a celebrated fixture in Honolulu’s fine-dining scene. Hy’s offers an elegant, tranquil ambiance, top-notch customer service, and an all-around five-star experience.

USDA prime beef is aged and trimmed on site to create tender, flavorful steaks cooked over fragrant, Hawaiian kiawe wood. We believe this process of cooking with a more intense, even heat retains the tenderness and compliments the flavor of our fine beef.

Long known for it’s table side preparations, Hy’s offers such classics as Caesar Salad, Warm Spinach Salad and many flambé items such as Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee, all prepared at your table.
