About Restaurant Week Hawaii
Restaurant Week Hawaii began in 2007 as a seven-day celebration of the islands’ cuisine. Participating restaurants offered special menus, promotions and discounts, giving diners a reason to try new restaurants, revisit old favorites and taste dishes prepared by Hawaii’s chefs with locally grown produce. A portion of the proceeds supported the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head, an advanced culinary campus for students from Hawaii.
Learn why the event mattered on our Student Support and 10 Reasons to Support pages, and meet the chefs and industry leaders on the committee.
