As you know, we have 10 gift cards for 10 different restaurants; the choice of gift card will be on a first-come, first-serve basis amongst ALL winners, depending on when they are able to stop by our office for pickup, and can not be arranged or reserved prior to the physical acceptance of the prize.

We are open Monday–Friday, from 9am–5pm. Additional times (ie, 8am, 6-7pm) may be available, but must be arranged at least 24 hours prior—thank you! Please note that our office is closed during the holiday weekend; we will not be open until Monday, 11/26.
Starting Monday (11/26), please arrange a pickup time with us. The prize must be picked up by Friday, 12/7, otherwise it will be forfeited.
WHAT TO DO:
We’ll let you know who to ask for once a pickup time is arranged.
As proof of identity, please be able to log into your winning social media account (via smartphone is great), and also have a valid picture ID, just in case. We may also take a photo of you just for additional proof of prize receipt (if we do, we will not post this on social media, don’t worry!)
These instructions may look tedious, but they’re really pretty simple once you read through them! Let us know if you have any questions (though we may be a bit delayed in response over this holiday weekend—thank you for understanding.)
