A twist on a classically prepared dish combining Fresh Catch fillet stuffed with Lup Cheong Sausage, Jicama and Chives. Served on a bed of Baby Bok Choy with a blend of fresh shiitake mushroom, carrot and Soy-Ginger Jus. Oven baked in parchment paper. Garnished with green onion and cilantro sprig.  Price includes choice of white or brown rice and a small green salad.
